Launch RegEdit
Navigate to the following location:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\MenuOrder]
Right Click MenuOrder in the left pane.
Left Click Permissions... from the menu.
Click the Advanced button.
Uncheck the Inherit from parent the permission entries that apply to child objects. Include these with entries explicitly defined here checkbox.
Click the Copy button.
Once the Security dialog closes,
Click the OK button on the Advanced Security Settings for MenuOrder dialog.
Uncheck the Full Control checkbox for your user name.
Uncheck the Full Control checkbox for all groups you are a member of.
Click the OK button.
Restart Windows for the setting to take effect.
