ACD Systems International Inc. (TSX: ASA), makers of ACDSee™ photo management software and Canvas™ technical illustration software, today announced the resignation of Ms. Briony Bayer as vice president of finance and director of the company. Ms. Bayer joined ACD Systems in September 2003 as the corporate controller, and in January 2005 was appointed to the role of vice president of finance.
