(TSX: ASA), makers of ACDSee™ photo management software and Canvas™ technical illustration software, today announced the resignation of Mr. Jorge Miranda as vice president of software maintenance and support, effective September 28, 2005. Mr. Miranda has served as a vice president since he joined ACD following the acquisition of Deneba Systems in 2003.
