VICTORIA, British Columbia - August 30, 2005 - ACD Systems International Inc. (the “Corporation”) (TSX: ASA) announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it intends to carry out a normal course issuer bid (the “Bid”) commencing on September 1, 2005 and ending on August 31, 2006.
