10.299.2004 - Partners in Learning Program Expands in Africa

DAKAR, Senegal, 25 October 2004 — The digital divide became a little narrower today. Jean-Philippe Courtois, Microsoft Corporation’s CEO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and His Excellency M Moustapha Sourang, Senegal’s Education Minister, signed an agreement that will bring Microsoft’s Partners in Learning programme to Senegal.
