Rovi Corporation (NASDAQ: ROVI) today announced an agreement with Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) enabling Charter to distribute Rovi TotalGuide Solution on Charter’s set-top boxes (STBs), mobile and tablet devices and the Web.
