As promised BreakPoint Software, Inc. has a Public Beta of Hex Workshop v4.0 posted on their site. It's only a day late and labeled Beta 3 not Beta 2 so you get a few less bugs. Hex Workshop v4.0 is a major upgrade containing 13 new major features and several feature enhancements.
