VICTORIA, British Columbia - August 26, 2004 - ACD Systems International Inc. (TSX: ASA), the digital imaging company and makers of ACDSee™ digital imaging software and Canvas™ technical illustration software announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it intends to carry out a normal course issuer bid (the ‘Bid”) commencing on September 1, 2004 and ending on August 31, 2005.
