Intel Capital congratulates HiSoft Technology International Limited on the completion of a successful initial public offering. Intel Capital first invested in HiSoft in 2004 with the goal of developing and fostering innovation in the IT service industry in China. In 2006, Intel Capital participated in the company's series B financing round with an investment from the Intel Capital China Technology Fund.
