07.21.2010 - Intel Adds Solar Energy To Two Campuses

Today, Intel unveiled new solar installations on its campuses in Folsom, CA and Chandler, AZ. Intel's Folsom solar installation is its biggest solar site to-date, generating enough energy to power 1,000 homes. Intel's Chandler solar roof system is capable of generating approximately 10% of the building's energy peak demand.
