Ever dreamt of a car that goes 1,000 mph - twice the speed of a commercial jet and nearly the speed of the earth's rotation? Engineers have developed the Bloodhound SSC, a jet and rocket-powered supersonic car expected to break the 1,000 mph threshold. At the heart of the design are Intel Atom-powered advanced engine controls and driver information displays that provide vital information to the driver about the condition of vehicle and performance.
