Novato, California (June 3, 2010) - Sonic Solutions® (NASDAQ: SNIC) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter of and full 2010 fiscal year. For the three months ended March 31, 2010 net revenue was $26.4 million, gross profit was $18.5 million, and net income was $1.2 million, or $0.04 per diluted share, all in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP").
