Novato, California (February 4, 2010) - Sonic Solutions® (NASDAQ: SNIC) today announced financial results for the third quarter of its 2010 fiscal year. For the three months ended December 31, 2009, net revenue was $26.4 million, operating expenses were $18.9 million, and the net loss was $0.3 million, or $(0.01) per share, all in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP").
