MARKHAM, ON - ATI Technologies Inc. (TSX:ATY, NASDAQ:ATYT) announced today that its next generation of graphics processors, including the world’s first chips developed using the revolutionary 0.11-micron production process, are in volume production at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). The RADEON X800 and RADEON X600 use TSMC’s low-k 0.13-micron process, and the RADEON X300 is the first 0.11-micron part available from any chip supplier.
