The European Commission today published a non-confidential version of its Intel decision filed on May 13, 2009. It is consistent with what the Commission stated in May. Intel is convinced that the Commission's conclusions regarding its business practices are wrong, both factually and legally. Intel has appealed the Commission's decision.
