Intel and AT&T have joined forces to bring the benefits of enhanced, enterprise-level remote PC tech support to small and midsize businesses. AT&T's Tech Support 360 - an IT virtual helpdesk - will feature Intel vPro technology with Remote PC Assist Technology (RPAT). AT&T Tech Support 360 customers will be able to request remote technical assistance by typing a key sequence, even when the PC operating system, network software or applications are not functioning.
