The day before yesterday, NovaStor’s management and a group of investors signed an agreement to take majority ownership of all NovaStor companies from Novavisions AG. Within the framework of the transaction, the management team will take majority ownership of all NovaStor companies together with an investor group. Novavisions will remain an important minority shareholder.
