At a time when US students math and science scores have fallen to 24th in the world and President Obama has called for more young people in science and engineering, a film called Whiz Kids shows three youths who live the science life. The film focuses dramatically on their paths vying for a spot in the Intel Science Talent Search. The stars of the show and its director, a former Science Talent Search finalist, will be on site at the benefit premiere in San Francisco on Tuesday, June 16.
