01.14.2009 - Intel Manufacturing Group is Recipient of SEMI Award

SEMI, an industry association of equipment and materials suppliers, has awarded the Intel Logic Technology Development team for its development of 90 nm technology in 2002, which was subsequently deployed industry-wide.
