Intel unveiled a sleek retail point-of-sale (POS) proof-of-concept at National Retail Federation's Conference and Expo demonstrating an energy efficient and modular design that incorporates the latest in point-of-sale and kiosk technology while simultaneously showcasing high-end digital signage. The POS demo shows how retailers can accommodate consumer preference for self-service while improving a retailer's bottom line.
