On November 24, Intel, Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) and Gigabyte announced Taiwan’s first ever consumer-oriented Mobile Internet Device (MID) telco bundle “ the first with a telecom service carrier in Asia Pacific. This offer bundles a Gigabyte M528 device powered by the Intel Atom processor and CHT’s 3G mobile Internet access service. This offer enables consumers to enjoy the mobile Internet freedom and connectivity offered by a MID.
