PARIS, France-September 25, 2007-Seagate Technology (NYSE: STX) has appointed Jeff Loebbaka to the position of senior vice president and managing director, Sales and Marketing Operations, for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Based in Paris, Loebbaka will oversee all Seagate's sales, marketing, customer service, field application engineering and related activities in the region. He was previously the company's senior vice president, Global Channel Sales and Corporate Marketing, based in Scotts Valley, California.
