06.18.2003 - SCO Yanks IBM's Unix License

View News related news. The SCO Group, which is suing IBM for $1 billion, on Monday terminated Big Blue's right to use or distribute its Unix-based AIX operating system.

Personal Opinion: Move away from SCO. Even if they win the lawsuit you will no longer be dependent upon them. Meaning the SCO may learn to play nice. I’m not implying that you jump to Windows just move to another OS that SCO doesn’t have control of.
