San Diego- February 8, 2007- DivX, Inc. (NASDAQ: DIVX) today announced results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2006. DivX reported fourth quarter consolidated revenue of $16.7 million, an increase of 57 percent from the fourth quarter of 2005.
