Spam update:
Robert Soloway, considered “one of the most persistent professional spammers” by Spamhaus, has been arrested following an indictment by a grand jury in Washington, USA on charges of mail fraud, identity theft, fraud and money laundering.
If convicted, Soloway faces fines of over $772,000 U.S. and could potentially face up to 65 years in prison.

We noticed serveral sites reported that Lavasoft was abandoning Ad-aware. The rumor started at Spyware Weekly. We found it difficult to believe and did not post about it since Lavasoft did not confirm the story. Neobond found it hard to swallow as well and found that the rumor was FALSE. Ad-aware 6.0 is in final beta testing should be out in January.
