SysTray clock display military style time (TTID #53)

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel
2. Double-Click Regional Settings
3. Click the Time
4. Choose HH:mm:ss from the Time Style drop down box

5. Click Apply
6. Click OK to exit

The clock in the System Tray should now look something like this.
