Using UltraISO |
Start UltraISO.
Select File > New > Bootable CD/DVD Image from the menu.

Locate the BootSector file (boot.ima) in the folder C:\OS\BOOT.
Click the Open button.

Select File > Properties... from the menu.
-OR-
Click the Properties button on the toolbar.
|
On the File System tab:
1.) Select Media: (703MB/80Min used in this example).
2.) Check the Optimize check box.
3.) Check the Joliet check box.
4.) Set the ISO 9660 FileName Format to Windows/Unix(31).
5.) Check the Allow lower case check box.
6.) Check the Omit ISO 9660 version number check box.
7.) Set the Joliet FileName Format to Extended(110).

On the Label tab:
1.) Enter in the Volume: and Volume Set ID: using the information found in the listed articles.

2.) Enter anything you want in the Publisher: textbox or use
MICROSOFT CORPORATION.
3.) Enter anything you want in the Data Preparer: textbox or use
MICROSOFT CORPORATION, ONE MICROSOFT WAY, REDMOND WA 98052, (425) 882-8080
4.) Enter anything you want in the Application: textbox or use
CDIMAGE 2.52 (03/09/2004 TM)
5.) Click the OK button.

1.) Locate the folder C:\OS\ROOT.
2.) Select everything in the Local panel and drag it to the Image panel.
Note: Some files are not show in the following image.

Select File > Save As... from the menu.
|
1.) Browse to a folder to save the ISO file into.
2.) Enter a File name:
3.) Click the Save button.

Select Tools > Burn CD/DVD Image...
-OR-
Click the Burn CD/DVD Image button on the toolbar.
Note: This will call NeroBurn and the "Burn Image" dialog will pop-up.

1.) Select a Recorder: from the drop down list.
Note: If the saved ISO is not shown click the ... button.
2.) Select Disc-at-Once(DAO) from the Write Method: drop down list.
3.) Click the Burn button.

1.) Wait for the Disc to be created...
2.) Click the Return button.

Process complete. You're done.
