Fix: Microsoft Photo Editor Starts and Stays Minimized |

Problem: When the Microsoft Photo Editor application is launched it is only displayed minimized on the taskbar and will not respond when it is clicked on to restore.
Solution: Delete the initial position information from the registry as described below.
Launch RegEdit.
Navigate to the following location:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Photo Editor\3.0\Microsoft Photo Editor]
Delete the new REG_SZ Value Initial Position
