There’s nothing better than a new game from Electronic Arts. Well, except modifying it.
We are here today to squeak out MORE speed from your cars without making them uncontrollable.
Visit the NFSH2 Official Website.
Browse to the folder where your car.ini files is located.
We are going to modify the Ferrari 360spider located
in C:\Program Files\EA Games\Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 Demo\Cars\modenas
Right Click on the file car.ini.
Left Click on Properties.
Remove the check from Read-only check box.
Click the OK button.
Double-Click on the file car.ini.
Record the current Mass value so you can undo this process at a later date.
Change the Mass value to 200.00.
Save the file.
Exit Notepad.
Now, with a little skill you can achieve top speeds above 200MPH.
