Launch RegEdit.
Navigate to the following location:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer]
Change the value of the Key AltColor.
The value is HEX RGB. The default color is blue.
Red: ff 00 00 00
Green: 00 ff 00 00
Blue: 00 00 ff 00
