This article shows you how to return the Recycle Bin back to normal after installing Norton AntiVirus 2003 Professional Edition with Windows 2000 and/or Windows XP. View similar instructions for Windows 9x.
1.) Right Click on Norton Protected Recycle Bin
2.) Left Click Properties
3.) Click on the Recycle Bin Tab.
4.) Select Standard Recycle Bin from Double-clicking item opens.
5.) Change the Title: to Recycle Bin under Appearance.
6.) Remove the check from Enable protection under Drive Settings
7.) Click the OK button.
