REDMOND, Wash. — March 14, 2013 — Convergence 2013, Microsoft Corp.’s premier event for its Microsoft Dynamics community, kicks off in New Orleans next week with more than 11,000 attendees expected, making it the largest Convergence event ever.

The conference-opening keynote will put the spotlight squarely on the amazing business transformations Microsoft Dynamics customers are experiencing using modern business solutions. Datanamic has released a new version of Datanamic DataDiff for PostgreSQL. Datanamic DataDiff allows the user to compare the data in two databases, view the differences, automatically generate safe data change scripts or apply the changes to the destination database directly.

Version 4 is almost completely re-designed with a new modern user interface, an improved comparison engine and new comparison options. Three (3) editions support PostgreSQL: the MultiDB edition, the PostgreSQL edition and the CrossDB edition. Until the ISO/IEC 19770-2 specification was published, there has never been a consistent, standardized method available to reliably identify specific software components purchased, distributed, installed and managed within a customer environment.
