NEWARK, Calif. — July 5, 2012 and MORGES, Switzerland, July 6, 2012 — Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced that its board of directors will ask shareholders to approve the election to the board of Didier Hirsch, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Agilent Technologies, at Logitech’s annual general meeting in Lausanne, Switzerland on Sept. 5, 2012. At the meeting, Logitech shareholders will also be asked to re-elect to its board of directors Erh-Hsun Chang, former senior vice president of operations for Logitech, and Kee-Lock Chua, president and chief executive officer of Vertex Group and Logitech’s lead independent director.
