12.15.2008 - Survey Says - Internet Trumps Sex and TV

View Intel-Press related news. Intel's "Internet Reliance in Today's Economy" survey conducted by Harris Interactive released today found that U.S. adults find Internet access essential to daily life in today's economic climate, trumping other recreational activities like sex and television. Almost half of women and one-third of men would rather go without sex for two weeks than Internet access for the same amount of time. And 58 percent would rather go without television for two weeks than go without Internet access for only one week.
