Decrease the time Windows waits to unload cached DLLs from memory.
Launch RegEdit
Navigate to the following location: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer]
Create a new key named AlwaysUnloadDLL
Set the value of (Default) to 1.
Restart the computer.
