When searching in files or for files it will not find any files not registered. You can change this in your registry.
| Registry Editor |
| Key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex\] |
| Value Name: FilterFilesWithUnknownExtensions |
| Data Type: REG_DWORD |
| Value: Change to 1 for all file types |
WARNING: Use the information provided at your own risk. Alway backup your system prior to modifying the registry. Serious problems may occur that require you to reinstall your operating system. We cannot guarantee that problems resulting from modifications to the registry can be solved.
