Launch RegEdit.
Navigate to the following location:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors]
Change the value of the Key HotTrackingColor.
The value is RGB. The default RGB color value is 0 0 255.
Red: 255 0 0
Green: 0 255 0
Blue: 0 0 255
